About Steven Kent Ellis (SKE)
SKE is a contemporary artist working at the intersection of urban texture and organic form.
His work moves between collections. Each collection is a contained story—sometimes color-first, sometimes material-first— but always about tension: city vs. nature, loud vs. quiet, digital vs. analog.
Influences: street ephemera, architectural fragments, mid-century graphic design, and improvisational music.
Artist Statement
“I arrange visual noise into something that feels intentional. If a viewer slows down, the piece is successful. If they walk away and remember a color, line, or shape the next day, it’s perfect.”
